Our Story

"Sous tech began as a class project when I was finishing my senior year of college. I had worked in kitchens for years and I realized that kitchens are not up to date with the latest technology. There are many pain points that can be alleviated by integrating automated systems into kitchen lines and make chefs' jobs a lot easier."
